We are seeking a talented individual with proven track record as our Head of Reimbursement/Policy. The desired candidates would have experience in navigating the complex world of diagnostic product reimbursement and policy landscape.  Ensuring a well planned and strategically phase appropriate game plan is essential. Involvement beyond our clinical applications is expected and flexibility with partnerships within and ex-US should be expected.


  • Develop and execute a sound reimbursement plan for our LDT products
  • Draft medical policy and ensure correct identification of  
  • Cultivation of KOL’s in our space as champions of our technology
  • Ability to see outside of the US and contribute in go to market plans
  • Participate in several LDT test development and launch activities
  • Keep organization up to date on reimbursement/policy changes affecting our business


  • MS in biological sciences, JD/MBA preferred
  • >10 years experience in health care organizations (LDT prefered)
  • Extensive experience in developing strategic plans with multiple endpoints and executing them to completion
  • Experience working with regulatory bodies within the US and ex-US
  • Ability to see beyond the current landscape constraints and navigate beyond old playbooks
  • Develop opportunities to engage our business in long term strategic alliances
  • A genuine desire to impact patient lives
