UI/UX designer, you will be responsible for delivering digital multi-platform designs. You will work in a dynamic environment working with diverse projects and product teams in the development of intuitive and elegant user interfaces. You will develop and mature concepts through the full lifecycle from inception and sketches through implementation. Everything you do and say leads by example of how our software organization helps change people’s lives. We are seeking a talented individual with proven track record as our UI/UX Designer. The desired candidates should understand our business requirements and any technical limitations, as well as be responsible for conceiving and conducting user research, interviews and surveys, and translating them into sitemaps, user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mockups and prototypes. The UI/UX designer will be responsible for the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design of our various digital assets. The successful candidate will evidence a passion for delivering adaptive and creative solutions to UI/UX design problems by staying up to date with best practices and emerging trends in user experience design and user interface technology.


  • Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
  • Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
  • Understands project specifications and user psychology
  • Design prototypes and assets for web and/or mobile application projects
  • Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
  • Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)
  • Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
  • Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)


  • Must provide a portfolio or samples of professional work
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
  • Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
  • Proficient in vector design tools and UI/UX wireframe/prototyping tools
  • Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Proficient in converting designs to HTML/CSS/JS, knowledge in Git and mobile app design is a big plus
